It's been awhile since I blogged...which means I haven't worked out in days. I'm a slacker. I'll blame it on Spring Break. I was telling myself all day that tonight I had to work out. Then, like a sign from God, this afternoon I had an email from Tracy Anderson...the exercise lady. Here is the Cliff note version.

Day Two. Check. I did it! I only did 15 minutes of the cardio because I am so freakin' sore. I should explain the soreness. It's only my right side that is sore, especially in the butt area. I know why...it's because I half-assed (literally!) my left side yesterday. I was about to die. Remember?

First workout complete! It was hard, no doubt about it. I nearly died. The cardio part...holy crap! Imagine jumping in place and bouncing around for 30 straight minutes. Yep, that's what it is. I could only bounce for 20 minutes before I collapsed. Her music sucks too, so now I have to find some Mexican jumping bean music that will keep me going for 30 minutes. Add it to my to do list.

I just checked the website and the DVDs are supposed to be delivered today! So, it doesn't really take 2-3 weeks for delivery I see. Liars. They better not be lying about the amazing transformation that is supposed to happen to my bod.
